ITIL® - Further training offers
To complement our classic training courses in the IT Service Management field, we also offer introductory or advanced training and seminars aimed at various target groups. Topics range from an introduction to the ITIL process model to specialised professional training, such as Service Level Agreements.
What does ITIL mean? Is ITIL applicable to our business? If so, then which processes should we be concentrating on? Which seminars are relevant to us and which approach should we follow during implementation?
If you have been asking yourself these or similar questions, then our ITIL Awareness & Orientation seminar is exactly what you need.
The seminar provides you with a compact yet comprehensive overview of the structure, content, benefits and advantages, requirements and possibilities of implementing the processes defined in the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
The 4 different modules within the Capability stream look at ITIL from a process-oriented perspective. Each module is composed of different processes and their corresponding roles and responsibilities. In this way, participants can gain practical knowledge and specific guidelines that they can implement in their daily work.
The Capability and Lifecycle stream courses can be taken in any combination to attain the credits required for ITIL Expert. The certification takes place at the end of each module.
- ITIL v3 / 2011 Foundation certificate or ITIL v3 Foundation Bridge certificate.
- Attendance of the relevant course is also mandatory to be eligible to take the corresponding examination.
